CREA founder Richard Smith continues to focus on artist representation as well as booking and producing festivals, concerts, fairs, and weddings, as well as corporate, park & recreation, lecturer, workshops, and special events. He is a co-founder of First Night Portsmouth, JazzMouth, Upper Valley Heritage Festival, Portsmouth Blues Festival, Portsmouth Jazz Festival, Prescott Park Arts Fest, Harbor Arts Jazz Night, NH Folk Festival, St. Patrick’s Day Comedy Gala, Market Square Day and The Music Hall. Richard, during his 40-plus years operating CREA, has served on more than 15 community non-profit boards and committees, including WUNH and the Pierce Island Committee. He also founded the legendary Harbor Arts Jazz Night series and New Hampshire’s Harbor Arts Museum. Other accolades include his role a producer of York, Maine’s 350th anniversary, the Portsmouth Jazz & Blues Festival, NH Folk Fest, NH Jazz & Blues Festival, the Comedy Xtravaganza, the St. Patrick’s Comedy Gala and the Upper Valley Heritage Fest.

For more than 15 years, comedian, booking agent and trivia host, Scott Langlois has served CREA clients as DJ and Event Consultant. Scott oversees and represents all artists for wedding, corporate, clubs, colleges, schools, and special events and has earned a loyal clientele with his passion for and knowledge of music as well as his vast networks of event planners, entertainers, hotels, function facilities, country clubs and restaurants.
