Jillian Cardarelli

Jillian CardarelliA high school student who has enjoyed singing all her life, Jillian has been singing Elvis and Engelbert songs since she was three years old. She began singing in the Cherub’s Choir in church, has sung the National Anthem for basketball games, tournaments, the opening ceremonies of Little Leagues, high school hockey games, and has been a soloist at many grammar school and high school events.

Jillian is currently a member of the select chorus in her high school and studies voice with Daniel Blake, Director of Vocal Studies at North Shore Music Theater. Jillian is also a member of the high school golf team and has earned a black belt in Karate.

Jillian’s first CD was titled Christmas 2006 and featured both traditional and contemporary holiday songs. Her latest CD, Black Velvet, recorded at age fourteen, is a compilation of many music genres that she loves. It includes easy listening music, country songs, rock and roll, and two never released selections, If I Fall, written by Jack Perricone, and Not The Girl For You, written by Ian Walsh, Meghann Cook and Marty Walsh. Black Velvet was produced by Marty Walsh. Jillian was recently featured on the River, 92.5FM Homegrown Showcase where they played a selection from her current CD, Black Velvet.
