Various members of the band have performed with such Boston area R&B favorites as: Toni Lynn Washington, Shirley Lewis, Little Joe Cook, Sweet Roy Jones, Silas Hubbard Jr., Chris Fitz, Jose Ramos, the late 'Earring George' Mayweather, as well as international stars including Herb Reed (The Platters), Bobby Lewis ("Tossin' & Turnin'") , The Flamingos, "Diamond Dave" Somerville (The Diamonds) , and many others. The image in our logo is of founding member and inspiration for The Boston Soul Revue, the late Emmett Simmons, who played with James Brown and Etta James, among others.
